In this type of connection, the wire is held against electrolytic copper current bar directly by a pre-stressed spring clamp. The spring is operated by using a screw driver to provide an access to the wire through the opening in the spring clamp. The inserted wire gets clamped on to the current bar on the removal of the screw driver.
