This is a novel concept in solderinig technology. Molten solder is pumped through a nozzel and it comes out as a fountain. The advantage is a clean, dross-free solder surface, ready for soldering operation. Nozzels of various shapes can be made to suit requirement of specific jobs. Interlock is provided, so as to start the flow motor at temperature about 250° C to ensure solder in the bath, is in the molten state. Heater supply is switched through solid state relay. Type of Control: Proportional temperature control.
