Appearance Milky white emulsion % Solids (at 1050C for 3 hrs) 54.5 +/- 1 pH, at 30 degC 4 – 6 Viscosity, poise (RVT/ # 4/20/300C) 35 - 60 Film clarity (100 micron film) Clear and tacky METHOD OF APPLICATION•It can be applied by reverse roll, meyer bar, brush, screen coating, knife coating etc. Product can be used as such or in diluted form depending upon desired application viscosity.USES•Manufacturing of paper, PVC and metallished polyester stickers.•Stock label manufacturing.SHELF LIFE•White Magic HX-800 has a shelf life of four months in original sealed container in a cool, dry and shaded place. Recommended storage temperature is 5 to 350C.STANDARD PACKING•White Magic HX-800 is available in 50, 110 and 200 Kgs pack size.MATERIAL SAFETY•It is non-flammable, non-toxic and non hazardous under normal condition of use.•Splashes in the eyes and on the skin should be immediately washed with plenty of water to avoid irritation and iscomfort.•Prolonged skin contact should be avoided. Protective gloves and barrier creams are advisable for anyone handling product regularly.•In case of emergency contact the doctor immediately.•Proper ventilation should be provided in the work area as like all synthetic resins. It contains traces of residual monomers and organic substances, and therefore, smoking should be discouraged in the working areas.•Spillage on clothing and in work areas should be immediately washed with water.•The data, information and suggestion contained in this literature are given purely as a recommended guide based on our study and experience.
